The manufacturer offsets energy usage via:

  • Solar panel energy generation: 199 MWH in 2022, 168 MWH in 2023 (year-to-date)

  • Waste seats, backrests, upholstery, and armrests are combusted to generate energy.

  • Chemical Usage:

  • No dangerous chemicals are used in our products.

Recycling Initiatives:

The unwavering commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, the manufacturer has instituted a comprehensive recycling programme that spans a wide array of materials and
integrates waste-to-energy solutions. Our mission is to minimise waste and optimise resource utilisation, thereby contributing to a greener and cleaner future.

1. Material Recycling: Our primary focus is on the recycling of materials like plastics, paper,
glass, and metals. Through meticulous sorting and processing, we divert these materials
away from landfills, ensuring they are used to their highest and best potential, thereby
reducing the pressure on natural resources.

2. Organic Waste: Organic waste, including food scraps and yard trimmings, is collected and
processed into compost or utilised for anaerobic digestion to generate biogas—a renewable
energy source. This approach not only diminishes landfill waste but also contributes to
cleaner energy production.

3. E-Waste: Electronic waste, or e-waste, is handled with utmost care. Components that can be
refurbished or recycled are meticulously extracted, while hazardous materials are disposed
of safely. Valuable metals such as gold, silver, and copper are recovered, reducing the
necessity for mining.

4. Construction and Demolition Waste: In construction projects, we prioritise the reuse of
building materials and the recycling of construction and demolition waste. This minimises
the environmental impact of construction activities and promotes resource efficiency.

5. Waste-to-Energy: We firmly believe in the responsible utilisation of waste as a resource for
energy production. Employing advanced incineration technologies, we convert non-recyclable waste into energy. This process not only provides a sustainable energy source but
also decreases the volume of waste sent to landfills.

6. Public Education: Our commitment extends beyond our facilities. We actively engage with
the community, raising awareness about recycling and advocating responsible waste
disposal practices. Educating the public about the benefits of recycling and waste-to-energy
is a crucial part of our mission.

7. Continuous Improvement: We remain steadfast in our dedication to continually enhance our
recycling and waste management practices. We invest in research and technology to
discover innovative solutions that further shrink our environmental footprint.
Our holistic approach to recycling, including the incorporation of waste-to-energy solutions,
underscores our unwavering dedication to sustainable living and the establishment of a circular
economy. By maximising resource recovery and minimising waste, we are diligently working towards
a cleaner, more sustainable future for generations to come. Together, we can make a significant difference in preserving our planet.

Environment policy (from the Manufacturer)
- The work for sustainable development is a process that requires long-term thinking and a wellthought-out organization. By following the applicable laws, setting goals and action plans and then evaluating the work, we can continuously achieve improvements. As a result, increased ecological, social and economic sustainability is enabled.
- We seek collaboration with our customers, suppliers and other actors in society to achieve our
goals.
- We show concern for our environment and future generations, by managing resources such as
energy, raw materials and components. This is already noticed at the idea and construction stage, for the entire product life cycle.
- Through cooperation with customers and suppliers, concern for the environment is shared. Ideas
and proposals that show concern for the environment are encouraged and taken care of.
-We raise awareness and the organisation's competence through training and systematic learning
from our own and others' experiences.
- We encourage a culture where we learn from each other, to develop, feel commitment and find
smart solutions. New knowledge and findings lead to lasting development in our environmental work.
- Environmental work must be included in the daily work and the environment must be considered in
every decision to work for sustainability in society.
- Travel and transport must, as far as possible, be done with environmentally friendly alternatives to
minimize climate impact.
- The ambition is to reduce the business's climate impact, by investing in certified projects, which will
support social and ecological sustainability.
- The lifespan and total energy use of a product are important environmental aspects.
-Through good quality, we reduce our environmental impact regarding both transport and waste of
products.
- Economy and environment go hand in hand and both must be measured long-term. To elevate our
environmental work further, we have integrated it into our management system and we are certified
according to ISO 14001
